Once the order is delivered, the Order delivery status will automatically be updated from Ninja Van to Anchanto OMS
The delivery status will auto-update and reflect across sales channels once it is received from Ninja Van to Anchanto OMS
All orders created from the Anchanto platform to Ninja Van will now be pushed with the ANCHANTO prefix before the order number. This was requested by the Ninja van team to identify ISV partners.
Once an order is processed on Anchanto OMS, it will automatically be created on Ninja Van
For all processed orders, the AWB number/tracking ID will be synced automatically from Ninja Van to respective sales channels
For all orders, an A4 sized shipping label can be generated and printed by Ninja Van through Anchanto OMS
Marketplace order number will now appear on the Ninja Van shipping label under instructions
