Anchanto – Partner Development Manager


The Goal of the Anchanto Partner Program is to deliver comprehensive eCommerce & supply chain solutions that enable and optimize operations to an ever-growing number of companies and users, to fuel Anchanto’s growth through expanding its partner ecosystem of Channel Partners, Integrations, Applications, Marketplaces, Logistics Carriers and Alliance Partners.


The Partner Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for the entire lifecycle of Anchanto Partners from Acquisition through to Deployment to enable and continually develop Partners to sell, grow, and expand Anchanto’s Partner Ecosystem. The PDM is a pivotal role that will manage and engage at the

Mid-Senior Executive level by sharing insights about how Partners can capitalize on market opportunities by partnering with Anchanto, This position will report into the Director of Partnerships.


The PDM will lead the building of joint business plans defining solutions portfolio, Go-To-Market, sales and marketing strategies, driving implementation of all aspects of the strategy by orchestrating relationships between Anchanto and the Partner’s sales & technical teams to deliver on partnership growth goals and sales targets.




  • Help partners transform and grow their business in the cloud by developing comprehensive Partner Business Plans for a portfolio of partners to identify short and long-term strategic goals and tactical
  • Forge long-term mutual value Partnerships with Anchanto to design a portfolio of eCommerce and Supply Chain SaaS based solutions
  • Develop Partners toward capable solutioning and delivery of OMS and WMS solutions to addressable market opportunities
  • Opportunity Generation through Hunting and co-marketing to fuel Partner Go-To-Market (GTM)
  • Track, monitor and steer Partner Pipeline
  • Drive Partner Performance Management through periodic business performance against

partners’ transformation goals and business plans

  • Develop strategic content to drive partner acquisition, onboarding, and growth




  • 5-8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Quota carrying technology sales experience, channel partner development, business development, reseller or alliance management in the Technology, eCommerce, Logistics or Supply Chain Management

  • Experience in digital transformation business drivers, growth levers, SaaS offerings or platforms, capabilities and solutions that generate partner growth and innovation
  • Strong experience working across global virtual teams across functions and geographies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort
  • Experience with technology platforms and solutions with a reasonable level of technical proficiency
