Lead enterprise level projects that involve customized solutions, integrations, coordination with multiple teams at the customer side and internally.
Responsible for all the activities with taking over the lead from the Sales person on the project until successful Go-live.
Map the customer requirements and solution provided by the Solution Architect in order to ensure the requirements and expectations are matching
Manage the complete project from initiation to successful delivery
Responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the program and close coordination with the customer
Follow the Project Management Office processes for initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control and reporting.
Works as a bridge between multiple internal teams and Customer side stakeholders from different functions/ teams/ departments
Clear, Timely and Crisp communication with customer
Plan the overall project and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across various small and big activities
Manage the risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the project life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur.
Make sure the deliverables are aligned across the teams internally and with customer side
Not involved in the software development responsibility, but works closely with the Director of Software Development, Solution Architects, Implementation Teams and Sales team member responsible for the account sale
Responsible for the Successful Go-Live of the Project and handover to Support Team
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Supply Chain
- Experience in e-commerce, warehouse management will be an added advantage
