The role of Head of Sales/Chief Revenue Officer for Asia Pacific, is a key senior sales management role at Anchanto, reporting directly to the Founder and CEO of the company. Suitable candidate must have at least 15 years of relevant experience in similar positions - for enterprise technology sales, with specific focus on eCommerce and logistics SaaS platforms.

In this role, you will work with an existing sales team set-up by different Country Heads and will be focused on selling our SaaS products (WMS and OMS) to brands, eCommerce retailers, distributors, 3PL and other industries players that are ideal for our products

Geographical scope:

  • APAC and ME (Asia Pacific and Middle East)

Objectives of this Role:

  • Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, and develop future plans
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of Anchanto’s revenue-generating departments
  • Manage sales team that can drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving the individual customer experience and strategy
  • Help maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth


  • Create a standardized outreach for current and future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels, client management, marketing and communications
  • Develop growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors while overseeing an existing top performing sales team and enhancing the performance to achieve and exceed sales targets (volume and revenue)
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyse opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycle
  • Collaborate with finance, product management, and marketing on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models to achieve revenue goals
  • Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting while monitoring the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success
  • Develop and implement robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals
  • Oversee all Channel/Partner Development - adding new sales channels and 3rd party resellers and partners
  • Drive a “lean start-up” style environment of constant experimentation and learning
  • Leverage customer research (quantity and quality) to provide strategic leadership for brand architecture and positioning

  • You are willing to travel in the region, extensively when required

Must have:

  • At least 15 years of relevant professional experience in sales
  • At least 7 years of demonstrated track record in managing regional Sales teams
  • Strong understanding in B2B SaaS solutions. Enterprise and Midsize companies SaaS sales experience is a must
  • Experienced in winning new business across the APAC region
