Description:

  • At Anchanto, we know that the one of the keys to growth is a high-performing business development and sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a skilled Senior Sales and Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS ecommerce product sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • As a Senior Sales and Business Developer for Anchanto’s products (OMS and WMS) focused on Enterprise segment, this is a new quota bearing sales role to manage the sales and business development for all Japanese corporate clients across Japan, Singapore and Southeast Asian countries.  The role requires identifying best approach to reach out to Japanese corporates to identify the right contact(s) to introduce Anchanto company vision, qualify as prospects and engage them in a consultative sales process to win them as customers.
  • This role will directly report to the Anchanto’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote and sell Anchanto solutions using business value and benefit.
  • Analyse the territory and market potential to build a business.
  • Identify needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Build pipeline by reaching out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Share information on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Skills & Experience (Must have):

  • More than 5 years of enterprise sales experience in eCommerce, SaaS solutions serving Japanese corporate clients.
  • Bilingual and proficient communication skills in Japanese & English.
  • Ability to work well in a past paced high growth company.

Soft Skills:

  • Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Understanding and respect multi-cultural work environment
