As a Senior Manager / Head Of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for Designing and Executing the multi-channel Demand Generation strategy of Anchanto to supply our SDR/Sales teams with new business opportunities, and supporting the reach of our various initiatives (content, events/conferences, webinars etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build and run marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline growth
  • Work closely with the the rest of the marketing team to manage the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support our various content and Product Marketing initiatives
  • Participate in the strategy and execution of lead nurturing programs to engage prospects 
  • Provide insights, recommendations, and action plans based on the analysis of the performance
  • Implement relevant A/B and multivariate testing on the campaigns, Landing Pages, and other relevant channels or platforms as necessary to improve campaigns performance
  • Own and distribute the given budgets across channels and the funnel to achieve the business objectives
  • Collaborate with our SDR and Local Sales Teams to build relevant campaigns and support the GTM strategies.
  • Help implement new processes and technology to continuously improve our demand generation operations
  • Train and mentor direct reports of the digital marketing team.

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience in a Demand Generation role 
  • You have In-Depth Knowledge and experience of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and Google Analytics
  • Experience in handling marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a plus)
