Job Purpose:

This role exists to research, strategize and spearhead the organization’s event strategy. This includes participation in industry events, and planning & hosting our own industry events. You will work closely with other marketing functions to determine key events, handle participation/ attendance from start-to-finish, manage partnerships, and prove return on investment (ROI).

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Anchanto’s events, partnership and customer marketing strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, preparation, maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event participation/ attendance
  • Develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
  • Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generate MQLs through event tracking and support of the sales team
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to identify and finalize relevant events
  • Negotiate and execute contracts for both large- and small-scale events
  • Analyze, track, and report on event ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar systems
  • Provide logistics support for company hosted events. Tasks include scheduling, vendor management, AV services, catering, editing, organizing, and storing content related to events
  • Work with in-house content & design teams to ensure Anchanto brand consistency
  • Collaborate with promotional & print vendors and maintain the best relationship possible with those vendors.
  • Collaborate across departments to contribute to meeting design, agenda development, brand building, and event communications and marketing
  • Provide consistent and clear communication of events program to all stakeholders, including internal briefing documents for specified events and conferences.
  • Develop partnership strategy, and manage all partnership programs for the company.
  • Actively manage the customer marketing programs with support from KAMs, leading to creation of customer collaterals for advocacy.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2-5 years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
  • Experience partnering with an enterprise sales team
  • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
  • Strong communication skills – written and oral
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
  • Confident with a dynamic personality
  • Ability to work well in a teamwork environment and assist with developing strategic marketing plans.

Soft Skills:

  • Capable of managing a small team/agencies and multiple projects
  • Noteworthy articulation and Story-telling skills
  • Self-starter and should be able to proceed with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Understanding and respect multi-cultural work environment

Scope of the Role:

  • The role will have geographical coverage for all countries
  • This role may require travel to various locations
