This month, we bring you new names like Nykaa for India, Central for Thailand, and Lettre Suivie for France as new marketplaces and carriers. We also introduce Cafe 24, the Korea-based global e-commerce platform that provides IT solutions and business services for online businesses, from online e-commerce solutions to global marketing and global logistics and delivery. Our teams have also enhanced integrations for 2GO, LBC, LineClear, and Australia Post.

2. Lettre Suivie
For those who love sending and receiving love through small gifts and letters, we bring you our integration with La Poste’s Lettre Suivie. It is a new service that allows users to track and manage letter deliveries for international and domestic areas.
Lettre Suivie allows people to send and receive letters, documents, or other small packages and also allows them to track its location up till delivery. Some functionalities you can access with this integration include:

Order Creation
Once an order is processed on Anchanto OMS, it will automatically be created on Lettre Suivie
For all processed orders, the AWB number/tracking ID will be synced automatically from Lettre Suivie to Anchanto OMS and the respective sales channels
Shipping Label
Download and print Lettre Suivie generated shipping label from Anchanto OMS upon order creation from Anchanto OMS to Lettre Suivie
Order Status Tracking
Auto-sync the order status from Lettre Suivie to Anchanto OMS to respective sales channels
